The Chronic Pain Institute is a Registered 501(c)3 California Non Profit -for Public Benefit Corporation number 2169611 -Dept. of Treasury ID # 94-3338765, with a Tax exempt status letter from the California State Franchise Tax Board organization number 2169611 under code 23701d as well as a Tax Exempt Status Letter from the Internal Revenue Service of the United States Department of the Treasury DLN # 17053274037009 described in the code section 509(a)(1) and 170(b)(1)(A)(iii).
The Institute's world wide goals are to:
1.-perform, actively participate in and to forward all types of scientific research in order to alleviate and eventually eradicate all forms of chronic pain in both humans and animals.
2.-procure and assist all bonafide individuals and groups of any type in obtaining funds and contributions who are performing or wish to perform any form of scientific research for all variations of chronic pain.
3.-direct all patients and any interested individuals
who have any form of chronic pain to practitioners and especially researchers
in order to achieve state of the art forms of cure, or at least some alleviation,
of their pain.
